Hello Doctor B. I am curious to know what the possibility is for sperm to travel through underwear, blue jeans, light pants, and panties and still be able to penetrate a woman causing her to become pregnant? Thanks.

You mean to say a fully dressed man, impregnating a fully dressed woman??? That's next to impossible! Usually one layer of cloth may be suffecient to stop all the sperms. And even if we consider a very very remote possibility that some sperms are able to cross these four layers of cloathes and enter the vagina, they will get killed as soon as they enter the female body. Each ejaculum of male contains millions of sperms. The reason for this is that nearly all of them get killed while making the journey towards the ova as the pH within the vagina is not suitable for sperms. A couple of sperms have no chance of surviving that environment.
