I have symptoms of severe PMS and am also in my peri-menopause.
Can I take sepia, pulsatilla, nat.mur and acid phos all together, or are they going to negate each other?
Can I take acid phos when my PMS gets desparate, or is this going to react against the above?
This is the first time I have tried homeopathy, so I apolgise if it is a basic question.

I would not suggest that you take any of these medicines together or otherwise, without consulting a homeopath. Homeopathy medicines are never taken in combinations. Any one of them alone might be suffecient for you. You need not take all of them. Also there are many dozen more medicnes that can help in a case of PMS. And I do not think that it is a good idea for anyone to try to self-prescribe. Homeopathy medicines are very deep acting and are given after proper individualisation of a case.
I hope you are able to understand the gravity of your question. You should ideally consult a homeopath in person. If you can not find one near your place, then you can find many of them offering advice on various discussion forums and through their websites.
Wishing you health,
Dr. B
