Doctor,
From the last 2 years I am suffering from stomach pain as well as acidity and gas problems.
stomach pain is somewhat reduced by using homeopathy but the gas/acidity problem continues.
What to do?
What it is actually.
Can you please explain.

Hello Shashi,
I can not tell you what is the cause of your complaint because acidity and gastric problems can arise from many varied causes. What I can share with you is that if the medicine you are taking has only partially helped you and if it has not made you feel better in general than it is very likely that you are not getting the right medicine. This could happen if the homeopath is giving medicine based solely on the presenting local complaints without probing into the cause. The homeopath also needs to keep in mind the 'person' who is ill. There are hundreds of medicines for such symptoms in Homeopathy and to find the right one for you needs some work on the part of your homeopath. If your homeopath has not considered any thing apart from your local complaints to prescribe the medicine, then you may consider changing the homeopath. Or you may prefer to have one more detail sitting with your homeopath to find out the remedy that not only covers your physical complaints but also covers you as a person, as an individual.
Wishing you health,
Dr. B
