Dear Sonali,
I can not tell you what kind of lesion your child has developed without having a look at it. I can not even say if it is allergic or infective or something else. But I would like to advise you that you should not apply any ointment/steroid cream on the rash. Suppressing the skin eruptions is the last thing that you shoul do for your child. I personally believe such suppression can lead to other complications. My suggestion to you is to find a homeopath near your place as soon as possible. Take proper homeopathic treatment and your child should be fit pretty soon. Just do not apply anything locally.
Take care,
Dr. B
