Can you please tell what arsenicum album and/or arsenicum bromide is/are. Someone I met swears it (or they) is a homeopathic cure-all. I would like to know more.

Arsenic alb and arsenic bromide are two differnet remedies. arsenic alb is prepared from aresenic trioxide, whereas arsenic brmoide is the bromide of arsenic. arsenic alb is a medicine with a large range of action, arsenic brmide has limited scope. But none of them is a 'cure-all". nothing can be!
