Dear Dr.Bhatia,
Q05:29:03-02:13:21
I was giving an example in common salt.Actually, Edgar cayces advice to use common salt+cooking soda for teeth and gums was in my mind.
I think, even normal constituents of our body like calcium etc;- even in the same form of salts etc; may not be totally harmless in quantities in which the body is not accostumed to (i.e.not saatmya to the body in question).Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
With love,
homeoluv.

Very true! It is an old saying in Hindi - Ati har vastu ki buri hoti hai - Excess of everything is bad. Common salt may not readily give a proving on gargling or cleaning teeth with it, but excess of it will work as a toxin and will definetly give symptoms. The body will tolerate it only to the level at which it can assimilate and eliminate the common salt or calcium etc.
Best wishes,
Dr. B
