What does pitting indenting only on front of Shin(tibia) bones of both legs indicate.No pain or any other complications. All tests of Kideny,Liver,Heart & Thyroid are normal.

If all these tests are normal, some other causes can be venous stasis/insufficiency in lower extremeties, lymphatic obstruction, drugs like Hydralazine, Minoxidil, Non Steroidal Antiinflammatory drugs, Corticosteroids, Estrogen, Insulin,Phenothiazines, Diuretic or laxative abuse etc; pregnancy, protein deficiency etc. More details about the history will be needed to get more specific about the probable cause.
