I am late at answering your question as I was not in town. As far as I understand Homeopathy offers much better prognosis is all psychological illness than any other system of medicine. And that applies to Schizophrenia too. But the prognosis does not depend on the name of the disease but on the presentation of the condition and its cause. More so in cases of Schizophrenia, OCD etc. These are not conditions with fixed boundaries. They are syndromes..with a whole lot of possible presentations..varying in type and severity. The treatment for such conditions varies from person to person.

The selection of homeopathic medicine depends on the presentation of the condition, it's cause, and a whole range of other factors like normal mental and physical profile, family history etc. And this whole data sometimes leads to a single medicine profile, but more often these patients require a series of medicines over a very long period of time, under continuous monitoring. But at the end of it all..Homeopathy offers more Hope to such patients!
