Dear Cornel,
Infection in the inner ear can cause vertigo. There are hundreds of other reasons which can cause similar symptoms. I can not make a differential diagnosis without seeing the patient in person. The selection of homeopathic medicine would be based on a full case history comprising of all the signs and symptoms, modalities, medical history, personla history etc. If your condition has not responded to the current treatment by now, I would suggest that you should consult a homeopath near your place. He/she would be able to give you better guidance as far as homeopathic treatment is concerned.
Wishing you health,
Dr. B
