Wouldn't this be a great oppurtunity to send remedies like Camphor to be used as prophylactic in the Tsunami affected areas where there is real fear of spread of diseases like Cholera?

Dear Dr. kalpana,
Yes, homeopathic medicines can really help avert many epidemics. If we have the knowledge of the actual symptoms of patients there, we may come to a genus epidemicus, which might help many people. But we can not just send any medicine like Champhora. The medicine has to be similar to the state and the symptoms of those who are already affected. Only then it will have a chance to work as a good prophylactic for others.
