My Grandpa had a stroke in November. He is also being given homeopathic treatment along with the regular recovery and rehab.
The label of the medicine reads 141/M 1/2 O3. Another one reads 86/M'. Could you please explain the meaning of this?

Dear Ambuj,
These are not standard names of any homeoathic medicine. Your homeopath is using some kind of code to tag the medicines so that his patients do not know which medicines is being prescribed. The 86 and 141 are most likely serial codes for medicines that he has used. No one except him can tell you what they stand for.
Best wishes,
Dr. B
