I was wondering with any of the following herbs would possibly conflict with homeopathic remedies. Ginseng, gingko biloba, damiana, saw palmetto, wild yam, fenugreek or L-arginine. I thought I've heard or seen that mixing herbs and remedies or other substances such as caffiene can interfere. I hope you can offer me some insight on my question. Thanks!

Half of the herbs u have mentioned are also used for preparing homeopathic medicines. And is L-arginine a herb? I thought it's an amino acid. Anyway, While on homeopathic treatment, you should try to avoid anything of medicinal nature that is not part of your regular diet. Homeopathy treats the person as a whole and not just his/her isolated complaints. So if the medicine selected for you is right it will cover most of your problems and you need not take seperate kind of medicines or herbal preprations for different problems.
You should consult your homeopath about what things to avoid during treatment as sometimes this can depend on the medicine you are being given.
I hope this helps,
Dr. B
