I am a fitness instructor and have been teaching a lot of classes per week - between 8-10 that are cardio in nature. Lately I have had an irratic appetite and feel weak and have been experiencing loss of breathe easily. Also when I take a breathe it feels like heartburn, or that feeling you get when you swim in a pool. I have a good diet. Can you advise me??
Thank-you, Kelly

Hello Kelly,
It looks like you have developed a gastric reflux. It basically mean that the sphincter between your food-pipe(oesophagus) and stomach is not closing effectively and food is coming back into the oesophagus from stomach. But this is what appears to me the probable reason for your problem. I have no way to confirm it. For that you will need to visit your doctor. But reflux can occour due to too much exercise, so there is a strong possibility.
Now the very few symptoms that you have given point to medicines like Iris or Mezereum. But again, the data is so limited that I have no way to confirm which medicine might work in you case. I will suggest that you should reduce the level of exercise for a few weeks and visit a local homeopath for proper homeopathic treatment.
Wishing you health,
Dr. B
