Hi there,

I completed the online course and paid to receive the certificate around a month ago. I haven't received the document yet and was wondering how long I should expect to wait for it. Can you please tell me how much longer I should expect to wait?

Dear Karen,

The printing of certificates takes place once a month and there is usually a minimum gap of a month in making the payment and printing of certificate. It actually depends on the number of certificate requests we get. If we don't get enough in one month, it sometimes gets delayed more. After that, it is the shipping time. Please be patient. You will get your certificate sometime in November.
