    Posted: 11 Aug. 08 at 22:38
Hello,

I am quite interested in homeopathic software and I have tried a lot of it, so whenever there is something new, I usually try it and see. I have stumbled upon this new software Open Rep. I have downloaded it from the website www.homeopathyonline.org and it seems, that they actually provide it for free and that they want to keep it that way.

I have downloaded the Windows version and it seems to be working, although there is only Beta version available. It seems to repertorize all right, but there is no capability to read materia medicae.

The interesting thing is, that this program allows editing the repertories and keep the additions permanent in your version of the repertory.

If you are interested, the OpenRep guys (you know... that new free homeopathic software) have added the Boenninghausen's Repertory from C.M.Boger (it's also available on the website to browse). It's only shame, that they did not add the cross-references for this repertory... must be some kind of bug or something.

The OpenRep - free homeopathic software (www.homeopathyonline.org) is available now in version 0.6. and they have added the Patient Management System. Although the PMS is still quite basic, I think it is  very useful.

Current free version is 2.5.

Unbelievably simple.

A must have for all budding homeopaths.

The beauty is it is absolutely free.

You can buy the professional version later, if you need it. Even that is quite inexpensive.

The free version is sufficient. For people of sub continent the professional version is comparatively expensive.
The classic 8 has more facilities and the price is almost the same.Clap
