Hpathy provides homeopaths, homeopathic doctors and veterinary homeopaths a hosted software application through which they can create online offices for themselves, manage case records online, provide online consultation and keep in touch with their patients from anywhere in the world. The virtual office includes a webpage and a special login enabling the practitioner to see all patient cases. When you register for your virtual office, you will be provided with a 'consultant-code' to pass on to your patients. They will need to provide this code in order to register for your services at Hpathy Virtual Offices. Once your patient registers, he/she can provide you his/her case-details using the online case forms available through the Patient Console. You can then review and analyze the details provided and can have a continuous discussion in the case-record (just as you discuss in Discussion Forums, but privately). Every time someone registers for you, or when a case is updated by a patient, you will recieve an automatic email informing you about the same. How much does it cost to register for virtual offices? At present it costs $200 USD internationally (and Rs. 6000 INR for homeopaths in India, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives) to setup your virtual office including your web-page. These charges include the cost of use for the first year. For the subsequent years, the renewal fee will be 50% of the fee applicable for the first year. The charges also include 2 free updates to your web-page annually. The charges may be revised by Hpathy.com in future. Can I give online consultation? If the laws in your country permit you to do so, then you are free to provide consultation using these virtual offices. But Hpathy does not monitor/moderate the use of these offices. Hpathy.com just provides you the software platform and your use of your virtual office is governed by the laws in your country and relies on your own discretion. Where do I get patients from? Hpathy virtual offices are not a place to solicit patients. If you already have a clientele or wish to provide service internationally, then you can give your prospective patients or existing patients your 'consultant-code' and they can register at Hpathy Virtual Offices to receive the benefit of your services. How will prospective clients or my existing clients get in touch with me? Your web-page that comes free with your virtual office will have a link to an email form from which people can write to you. If you agree to provide them your consultation, you can then provide them your 'consultant-code' which they can use to register at Hpathy Virtual Offices for your services. Can I get a Demo of the Virtual Offices? Sure! You can check both the homeopath-side and the patient-side of the application using the test-login provided below: Homeopath Login: Username - Homeopath, Password - Homeopath Patient Login: Username - Patient, Password - Patient The demo accounts are full working accounts. But you will not recieve
any emails through them because the email-id in the profile is not
