I feel all the choices are relevant since new medicines do need to be proved, existing minor remedies reproved and the remedial action of remedies need to be confirmed in a clinical setting - all these steps will put homeopathy on a more scientific footing. With today's pollution (through new chemicals and through electromagentic radiation, sound etc.,), it is imperative to check out how the earlier provings get modified now.

Not more medicines as stated, but more 'quality controled' medicines, in order to avoid the rapidly growing number of additions. This could possibly work with some of the existing ones, so we can have a broader but more reliable base.

I think that the increase in the medicines number will make difficult to find the simillimum. Lack of quality control and clinical confirmation will mak our matria medica less reliable.So I think that the clinical provings/confirmation of the existing remedies must be reviewed.
